Coming from a process oriented and structured testing background, e.g. TMap and ISTQB, my approach in the past has been often to implement the “standard” testing practices. However many organisations and projects still do not aply testing processes to its full value. Management commitment and awarness regarding testing is lacking. Somehow, even when working working in low maturity development and testing organisation, they nevertheless seem to be able to release product that work reasonably well. Product that are “good enough”. What are they doing; what testing practices are they applying?
