Gert started his career in information technology in 1995 with a journey through the complete software development lifecycle. He has been working as a test coordinator and test leader for several years in different projects. His favorite occupation is combining a client focused and result driven approach to find the best fitted solutions for the clients' problems. At The Test Leaders, a company of 30 experienced Test Leading professionals, Gert is Partner and driving force of several IT and test related communities.

Sipos is a software developer, analyst, team leader or whatever need to do. Tamas has lots of certification of wide spectrum technology and methodology. He is currently the leader the Hungarian Agile Alliance and IIBA Hungary Chapter, and work very hard to make better and better the Agile and IIBA community in Hungary.

Jean-Paul Varwijk is a senior Test Analyst at Rabobank International. He has tested and has managed testing of a variety of products such as Data Warehouses, Credit Risk Models, Internet- and Mobile banking.
At work he participates in a number of lateral and multi-lateral workgroups on test policy, test improvement, tool strategy and organizes intervision sessions on testing. Outside of work he participates at TestNet meetings, is a member the TestNet Agile workgroup, is a member of the Dutch Exploratory Workshop on Testing (DEWT) and actively follows other testers’ blogs and tweets.
All of this, he does in search for ways to further learn about and to help improve the testing profession.

As an experienced tester with a rich project portfolio and a strong theoretical backup, Radek trains testers and prepares them for certified examinations, as much as supports many IT projects. Having worked as a Test Manager in some international corporations, he frequently conveyed his knowledge into the fields of practical testing. As an owner of website testerzy.pl, Radek shares his knowledge with other testers pursuing at the same time his idea of spreading testing within the IT branch.

With +10 years experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, Javier works in a major insurance company as a “Program Quality Assurance Specialist” with the main task of managing the early identification of potential risks & vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with all quality activities defined within the projects. ISTQB Advanced Level Certificated – Test Manager, he is an active member of the SSTQB (Spanish Software Testing Qualification Board) and Chairman & founder of the “Association for the dissemination of software quality and networking”, testQA.org. He is also the owner of the blog SoftqaNetwork.com and co-founder of the first employment webside specialized in software testing & QA, WorkinQA.com.

Over the course of the last 20 years, Bernie Berger has tested, managed, and consulted at some of the world’s largest banks and investment firms. As a member of the context-driven school of software testing, Bernie is a proponent of skilled based testing in financial services firms. He is the founder of the Software Testing in Financial Services Workshop (STiFS), a series of intimately-sized, invitation-only meetings of senior software quality professionals with particular interest in improving the testing of financial software systems, which recently had its 8th meeting in conjunction with STAREast.
