Marcel van Donge has over 10 years of experience as a IT-tester. He started his career in the naval industry mainly by testing on submarines and M-frigats for about nine years. Then he worked for a financial consultancy company to test electronic banking products. Subsequently he worked for a company where he among others led some test teams for banks. He is working for Collis now and carried out various test assignments among which the ING bank.

Marcel van Donge gained experience as tester for system tests and user acceptance tests in the bank world. As a test co-ordinator and test manager he led various teams of 3 up to 12 persons. Also he experienced the trends that were described in real life, as the bank he was working for was preparing a merging with other banks.
